About
Back in the days of yore a king sat at a feast entertaining his court and during one particularly long lull in the conversation he announced to the court that they could ask him anything about his skills in battle. Seizing the opportunity, a particularly shameless suck-up of a man asked the king, “Sire, how is it you’re so swift on the battlefield?” The king proudly replied, “It is because my lance is so small that I am so swift.” The jester, quick with the whit but short on forethought, shouted out “In thine bed chambers!” The court erupted with laughter, tear inducing, ale out the nose laughter . This was the first recorded instance of a simple game we now call In Bed where you add the words to the end of someone’s sentence to produce a hilarious result. Through the years this has passed on and now we celebrate it in website form. Send us a picture of something that should be in bed’d, it could be anything. Fortune cookies, billboards, children’s books, tweets; nothing is safe.
